How To Style Denim

I love a twist on a classic trend. Instead of doing “double denim,” I attempted “triple denim,” and I am obsessed with how put-together the finished look was. The dress had a detachable overskirt, which added another layer of cohesiveness to the outfit.

Sometimes, playing with denim is tricky, as all denim looks different. Even the same item will never look exactly the same due to how denim is made. Each piece of fabric is so unique!

The dress was actually not made from real denim, which made it much easier to move in and have a good time!

The studded detail on the heels was perfect, as it added something a little special to the outfit.

My tip for “triple denim” would be to match two of the pieces of denim perfectly and have one contrasting piece, so the outfit goes together without blending in fully.
