I thought I would make ‘Fashion Favourites’ a little series on this blog as I always have so many inspo saved that needs to be shared! I will be picking each month, a favourite brand, a street style trend I’m loving, an item of clothing I love, and a piece that ties a look together. Let’s start with…
A brand…
Cult Gaia has their fashion show this month and I really do feel I saw this show from all angles from the number of people I follow who were there. I love this brand a lot at the moment (although they are a bit out of my budget) because of how recognisable they are becoming. From their marble print clutches (the only thing I have owned from here), to their fan-shaped silhouettes to their bright daring colour scheme…this is a brand we are literally starting to see everywhere.
A style…
I’m never going to not love extra nails. I know biab is ‘in’ right now and I know everyone loves a French tip but I will never stop raving about the girls who can pull these off! I think to make extravagant but more ‘street’ nails work it is about creating from the right colour pallet with a variety of colours and textures. A main one to go for to get this look is the ‘metallic’ nails. My next set, I promise I’m going to try something like this!
An item of clothing…
Styling your favourite jerseys will never get old. I picked this as my favourite item as I have a very similar jersey to this (it’s sleeveless in the same material but silver/maroon), which I managed to style for the first time the other day. I wore mine with a denim skirt and my hair in a braid too. I can’t wait to wear the jersey again but maybe the style is completely different next time it had to be a favourite this month just because of how excited I am to style this piece again.
An accessory…
I’ve had my eye on a few bracelets for Christmas but this has to be my fave. When I was younger, if you asked me what my favourite colour was, I would always answer rainbow and this bracelet reminds me of that. This bracelet is quite unique with its colours which is why this would look so eye-catching on your wrist.
